Real Stories of Transformation
SEIPATI TSHABALALA: Seipati from Diepsloot, was young, unemployed with a matric certificate when she started her learnership in 2017. When she finished her learnership, she was hired as an administrator at a non-profit organisation in Johannesburg. Over the years through her positive spirit and perseverance she received various promotions and is now the Monitoring and Evaluation manager for this organisation. She now has a stable income and a meaningful job, where she continues to develop herself.
